Loan Signing Agent
I am a loan signing agent serving the eight towns I serve. I handle purchase, refinance, HELOC, reverse mortgage, commercial, buyer's and seller's packages.
What does a loan signing agent do?
A loan signing agent is a commissioned notary who meets the borrower at closing, verifies identity, witnesses the signatures on the loan package and completes the notarial certificates.
I present the documents, verify identity, witness signatures and complete the notarial certificates. I do not explain the legal meaning of documents — direct questions to your lender, title company or attorney.
Your title company or signing service can send the package straight to me. I return it as the lender or title company directs. Evening and weekend signings are available.
I have $100,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance to cover my notarial work.
Each package type is priced separately, as listed below and on my Pricing page. Extra documents start at $25.
