Your time matters, so I meet you where you are, whether that's your home, office or any other location in my service area. Please have each signer present, with a current government-issued photo ID that carries their signature. I'll verify identities, witness the signatures and complete every notarization accurately.
Hospital and After-Hours Signings
If the signing will occur at your bedside, I'll meet you there. That includes hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes and assisted-living facilities, with evening and weekend appointments available. Please let me know the facility, floor and room number. I'll plan the visit around its rules.
Loan Signings
I handle purchase, refinance, HELOC, reverse mortgage, commercial, buyer's and seller's packages. At your closing, I'll present each document, witness your signatures and complete the notarial certificates with care. Your title company or signing service can send the package straight to me. I have $100,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance to cover my notarial work.
Funeral Officiant
As a chaplain, I'll meet with you to plan the service. I write it and lead it, whether it's a funeral, a memorial or a graveside service. I also write eulogies. I work alongside your funeral home, so you have one less thing to carry.
