Form I-9 Authorized Representative
I serve as your Form I-9 Authorized Representative and meet your employee in person in the eight towns I serve.
What is a Form I-9 Authorized Representative?
A Form I-9 Authorized Representative is a person an employer designates to examine a new employee's original documents and complete Section 2 of Form I-9 in person on the employer's behalf (USCIS, I-9 Central). The employer remains responsible for the form.
An employer can hire me when a new employee needs Section 2 completed in person in my service area. I meet the employee, examine the original documents, complete Section 2 and return the form as you direct.
The employee selects which acceptable documents to present. I record what is presented and do not influence the choice.
This is not a notarization and no notary seal is applied. I complete Section 2 as the employer's authorized representative.
Starting at $35, depending on distance. Several employees may be seen at one appointment when booked together.
I am not an attorney and have no authority to give advice on immigration or other legal matters.
